Tasty garlic-onion soup (makes 2 small portions or 1 big bowl)

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic-onion soup

1/2 medium onion, diced
1 clove garlic
2 tsp butter
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp flour
1/2 bouillon cube
100 ml milk
1 tbsp cheese
300 ml water

Recipe Directions for Garlic-onion soup

  1. Add about 1-2 tbsp. of butter and heat your pan (wok pan would be nice) on medium heat until the butter is melted.

  2. Add diced garlic and onion and fry them until they are golden brown.

  3. Then add water, sugar, salt and black pepper. Cook them about 1-2 minutes.

  4. Now add 1/2 bouillon cube and flour. Stir the flour carefully, so there would be no big lumps in it.

  5. Now add milk and cheese. Cook until the cheese has melted. You may add some dill as well but basically you're done!
