52 oz Tender Beef Beef
11 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
5 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Garlic, Onion Rump Roast

Set Oven to 350 temp. With a steak knife, create 10 evenly spaced puncture holes in meat along entire top. Add 1/2 tsp Garlic powder to each hole. Add 1 Green Onion to each hole, cutting off remaining onion. Put in roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
