Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Miso salmon

0.25 fillet Salmon, Atlantic, Wild
1 tsp Vegetarian Organic Mellow White Miso Soybean Paste
1 serving Rice Vinegar
25 grams Mirin
1 tsp Ginger Paste
0.25 tbsp Minced Garlic

Recipe Directions for Garlic Miso salmon

  1. Mix the ginger, mirin, garlic, vinegar, and miso together.

  2. Marinade salmon in the mix for at least 10 minutes, ideally, overnight.

  3. Fry, grill or steam salmon.
