Red potatoes mashed with Parmesan and skim milk

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

300 grams red potatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons skim milk
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

  1. Cut potatoes into eights.

  2. Cut garlic into fourths.

  3. Place in saucepan and cover with cool water.

  4. Bring water to boil and continue to boil for 20 to 25 minutes.

  5. Drain water.

  6. Add butter and mash potatoes with fork or masher.

  7. Add other ingredients and stir until smooth.
