Potatoes, garlic, chicken bullion cubes and water. Boil together and save water after for mashing.

Boil potatoes in enough water to just cover the potatoes. Add garlic and bullion cubes. When potatoes are done drain water reserving some for mashing. Mash Potatoes and add garlic water for the consistency you like.
