Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Mashed Potatos

3 medium potato
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp. margarine,low fat

Recipe Directions for Garlic Mashed Potatos

Peel potatos and cut into 1 inch square pieces. Boil potatos until soft and drain. Add potatos back to pot and add balance of ingredients. Mix up with hand held mixer until smooth.
