Recipe Ingredients for GARLIC MASHED POTATOES

1 1/4 lb. russet potatoes
8 cloves of garlic
1/3 c. fat free milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for GARLIC MASHED POTATOES

  1. *Boil potatoes along with garlic until fork tender.

  2. *Drain potatoes and garlic, then mash.

  3. *Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

  4. *Service immediately
