Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Mashed Potatoes

4 medium russet potatoes
1/4 cup smart balance 37% spread
1/3 cup skim milk
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 dash ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Wash potatoes, but do not scrape. Cut into 1/8 pieces and boil until soft but not mushy or watery. Drain thoroughly. Add smart balance 37% buttery spread and beat with mixer. Add milk slowly, to texture. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
