Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Mashed Potatoes

2 c potatoes
1/2 c skim milk
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. Cooked diced potatoes and garlic until potatoes are soft.

  2. Drain potatoes and garlic. Add all other ingredients and mash with a hand mixer or by hand if you like them more coarse.

  3. Enjoy!
