Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Mashed Potatoes

8 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Sweet Cream Butter Salted
1 dash Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
0.25 cup Whole Milk

Recipe Directions for Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes in their skins until soft.

  2. Mash potatoes in a large bowl.

  3. Chop garlic and rosemary, and add to potatoes.

  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
