Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Mashed Potatoes with cheese

2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
2 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
4 tbsp Butter
10 serving Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheese with peppercorns
1/2 oz Rogers No Additive Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Soymilk Plain
2 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Garlic Mashed Potatoes with cheese

  1. Peel, roughly cut and boil the potatoes.

  2. In a separate pan, melt butter and add 2 tbsp wheat flour to make a reux.

  3. Add cheese and soy milk.

  4. Stir in squeezable garlic and salt.

  5. Stir until mixture is thick.

  6. Drain potatoes, add cheese mixure and blend with a hand blender until smooth.
