Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp Smart Balance spread
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1 salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp grated parmesan

Recipe Directions for Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Steam the cauliflower until very soft (25min).

  2. Mash cauliflower and butter together on a plate or in a large bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper and work into the mixture.

  3. Divide into servings, and sprinkle parmesan on top of each just before serving.
