Smooth and creamy just like the real thing. YUMERS!!! 1 serving = 3/4 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Mash

5 1/2 cups cauliflower
1 medium Russet Potato
1 1/2 oz Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.19 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 tbsp Salted Butter

Recipe Directions for Garlic Mash

  1. Heat oven to 425

  2. Cut top off of head of garlic

  3. Rub olive oil onto top of garlic and wrap the garlic head in foil

  4. cook garlic about 40 minutes

  5. Meanwhile, boil water

  6. Cube potato and cauliflower and add to boiling water

  7. Bring water back to a boil then reduce to medium and cook for 15-20 minutes

  8. Drain potato and cauliflower

  9. Squeeze roasted garlic cloves from the garlic head into the pot with the drained potato and cauliflower

  10. Add milk and butter and smash until desired smothness

  11. Season to taste with salt and pepper
