Easy flavorful way to make chicken breasts.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic-Marinated chicken breasts

2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 t sea salt
1/2 c lemon juice
3/4 c olive oil
1 t paprika

Recipe Directions for Garlic-Marinated chicken breasts

  1. Cut each breast in half and put in bowl.

  2. Crush garlic with salt to form a paste. Stir in lemon juice, oil, paprika and pepper. Beat well with a fork and pour over chicken breasts.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

  4. Grill or saute chicken breasts, as desired, until done (165 degree internal temperature).
