From Chili's. Also would be good on grill. Make a marinade with spices and juice.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Lime Shrimp

3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/8 teaspoon Dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon Onion powder
2 tablespoons Butter
1 Garlic clove - pressed
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled leaving tails on.(about 24)
1 Lime

Recipe Directions for Garlic Lime Shrimp

  1. Blend dry ingredients to make rub.

  2. Melt butter in pan. Add garlic. Cook until aromatic.

  3. Add shrimp. Squeeze lime juice over shrimp.

  4. Sprinkle with seasoning blend.

  5. Saute until done and browned.
