marinated chicken breasts cooked on grill or baked at 425 for 30 minutes or until done

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Lime Grilled Chicken

6 breasts of chicken
3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3/8 c fresh lime juice
1 1/2 T worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 t dry mustard
3/4 t pepper

Recipe Directions for Garlic Lime Grilled Chicken

  1. Mix together marinade ingredients. Place in ziploc bag with chicken and marinate 30 minutes or up to 4 hours (have gone as long as a day and a half).

  2. If grilling, drain marinade and discard. Grill over medium-high heat 5-6 minutes per side or until done.

  3. If baking, bake at 425 for 30-40 minutes or until done. Internal temp of 170
