Tasty garlic lime chicken wraps with fiesta rice (seasoned rice with corn & bell peppers).

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Lime Chicken Wraps

150 grams Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
1.5 serving Giant Eagle Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins (2 pieces)
1 serving Old El Paso Fiesta Rice - Seasoned Rice w/Corn
3 serving Chi-Chi's Taco Sized Tortillas (1 toritlla)

Recipe Directions for Garlic Lime Chicken Wraps

  1. Marinate 3 tenderloins for 30min in:

  2. 10 Tbsp EVOO

  3. 6 Tbsp Lime juice

  4. 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

  5. 1/8 Tsp Cilantro

  6. 1/4 Tsp Ground Cumin

  7. 1/4 Tsp Ground Red Pepper

  8. 1/4 Tsp Seasoned Salt

  9. Place in hot skillet and cook tenderloins.

  10. Tear/cut romaine.

  11. Place 2 Tbsp of rice on tortilla.

  12. Add 1 tenderloin, romaine, close tortilla, ENJOY!
