Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Lime Chicken

1 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Garlic Lime Chicken

  1. Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, worcestshire sauce, garlic and mustard.

  2. Place chicken in a food storage bag. Reserve 1/2 of marinade, while pouring the rest over the chicken in bag. Toss to coat well. Drain chicken; discard leftover marinade from bag.

  3. Sprinkle chicken with pepper.

  4. Coat skillet with butter-flavored non stick cooking spray; heat over medium heat.

  5. Add chicken, cook about 6 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.

  6. To serve, drizzle chicken with reserved 1/4 cup marinade.
