Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Lime Chicken Fajitas

1 tsp Garlic
0.5 tbsp Onions, Dehydrated Flakes
0.75 tsp Cumin Seed
0.25 tablespoon Oregano
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
0.187 cup Lime Juice
0.5 fl oz Orange Juice
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
6 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Garlic Lime Chicken Fajitas

  1. In a resealable bag, combine juices, honey, oil, spices, and salt. Add chicken with marinade turning to coat well. Refrigerate in 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.

  2. In large preheated skillet, stir fry chicken over med-hi heat 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove; set aside. Add bell pepper and onion; stir-fry 5 minutes or until tender. Return chicken to skillet. Stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or heated through.

  3. Spoon chicken mixture into warmed tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings if desired.
