This recipe originally had a quarter of a cup of olive oil included but I have omitted that to keep the fat content down, however, oil could be added if desired

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Lemon Chicken

1 Serving Chicken
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1/4 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1/4 tsp Oregano, Ground
1/4 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 dash Salt, Table
1/4 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Garlic Lemon Chicken

  1. Flatten the chicken breast slightly with a meat hammer to even it out.

  2. Mix the herbs and seasoning together in a bowl and add the garlic and lemon juice.

  3. Put the chicken in the bowl and give it a good rub to coat with the mixture.

  4. Leave to marinate for a few hours or preferably overnight.

  5. Spray a grill pan with the butter spray and grill for 7-12 minutes each side until cooked through (timing depends on how thinly you have pounded your chicken)
