1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Butter
1 serving Crushed Red Pepper
1 dash Pepper, Black
2 serving Cooking Spray 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil

rinse, wash kale. set saute pan on medium heat. apply cooking spray. place washed kale in pan. add minced garlic. sprinkle onion powder. let wilt. add butter. season with crushed red pepper and black pepper. saute some more. enjoy.
