Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Jalapeno Halibut over Quinoa

1 cup Quinoa
16 oz Halibut Fresh Seafood
0.5 cup, sliced Peppers, Jalapeno
1 tbsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Garlic Jalapeno Halibut over Quinoa

  1. Cook quinoa

  2. Spray non stick skillet with fat free cooking spray and saute halibut. Add pickled jalapeno with juices and all. The juices help deglaze the pan.

  3. Season the fish as your cooking it with S & P and garlic powder.

  4. Serve the fish and peppers over the quinoa.
