From greenlitebites.com. An amazing way to cook asparagus.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Honey Asparagus

1 lb asparagus (about the bunch that's sold in the store)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Pepper (and salt) to taste

Recipe Directions for Garlic Honey Asparagus

  1. Mix honey, lemon juice, garlic in a small bowl to make the marinade.

  2. Place asparagus in a ziplock bag. Pour honey garlic mixture on top. Place in fridge for about an hour. Note: I don?t think the time really matters, I just prepare these first while getting everything else ready for dinner.

  3. When ready to cook spread on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Roast about 10-15 minutes in a preheated 375-degree oven.
