Potato wedges with a few added spices

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic and Herb Wedges

4 large white potatoes
2 tsp Crushed Garlic
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp rock salt

Recipe Directions for Garlic and Herb Wedges

  1. Cut potatoes in half, then each half into roughly 4 pieces lengthwise

  2. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl, coat potatoes thoroughly in mixture

  3. Bake in oven at 220C for 35min, turning once
