Recipe Ingredients for Garlic & Herb Sauce for Pastas

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/2 cup wine, white
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter, salted
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 Salt and Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Garlic & Herb Sauce for Pastas

  1. Over medium heat, cook garlic in olive oil until lightly golden.

  2. Add wine and reduce by half.

  3. Add heavy cream and simmer.

  4. Whisk in butter.

  5. Add parsley.

  6. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Follow pasta cooking instructions, then spoon warm sauce over pasta and enjoy.
