1 cup sliced bell pepper
1 cup sliced red onion
1 medium chopped zucchini
1/2 cup chopped mushroom
6 medium baby carrots
1 tbsp Olive Oil

  1. Cut all vegetables in chunks or slices.

  2. Place in 13X9 pan.

  3. Toss in oil and seasoning mix.

  4. Bake on 450F for 20 minutes stirring once while cooking.
