Simple mashed potatoes with a little garlicy kick.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic & Herb Mashed Potatoes

4 small russet potatoes, skinned and cubed
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 tablespoon Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil
1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried parsley

Recipe Directions for Garlic & Herb Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes about 10 minutes or until soft. Drain.

  2. Mash potatoes with a potato masher adding ingredients gradually.
