with 1lb of thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic & Herb Lemon Chicken

1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
3 tsp Garlic
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
454 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled

Recipe Directions for Garlic & Herb Lemon Chicken

  1. mix flour and seasoning in shallow dish. reserve 1 tablespoon. Moisten chicken lightly with water. Coat evenly with remaining flour mixture

  2. heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. add 1/2 of the chicken; cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining chicken, adding additional oil if needed. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.

  3. Mix broth, lemon juice and reserved flower mixture. Add to skillet, bring to boil, stirring to release browned bits in skillet. Stirring frequently, cook 4 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with parsley.

  4. Makes 4 servings.
