Smooth pesto like flavor. Great for spreads, dressings or dips.

Recipe Ingredients for garlic herb dip/spread/dressing

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
6 cloves chopped fresh garlic
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1/2 cup fresh rosemary
1/4 cup peanuts
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for garlic herb dip/spread/dressing

  1. Chop, grind and whiz ingredients in blender until smooth.

  2. Chill.

  3. Makes about 2 1/4 cups.
