Steamed green beans with garlic, sesame seeds, and soy sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Green Beans

3 cups green beans
3 cloves (9.0 g) garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Garlic Green Beans

  1. trim ends off of green beans and cut into 1.5 to 2 inch pieces

  2. steam green beans

  3. dice garlic

  4. heat up olive oil in a pan and add garlic, salt and red pepper flakes

  5. when green beans are done steaming add them to the pan and toss to coat in oil.

  6. add soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds and stir-fry for 3 minutes
