Recipe Ingredients for Garlic and Ginger tilapia fillets

16 oz tilapia
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbs reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tbs ginger
1/4 cups lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest

Recipe Directions for Garlic and Ginger tilapia fillets

  1. Mix everything but the fish together.

  2. Pour over fish (defrosted) and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Bake 15 minutes at 400.
