Here we go again. Now I am using grams and milliliters to measure the ingredients. Wow!!! 50 grams of garlic and ginger. 50 milliliters of liquid smoke. Too much!!!... But, very good. I am getting addicted. Love this stuff on almost everything.

50 grams fresh garlic
50 grams fresh ginger
50 grams sunflower seeds
50 grams pumpkin seeds
50 grams almonds
50 grams pecans
50 milliliters lemon juice
50 milliliters vinegar
50 milliliters liquid smoke
150 milliliters water
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon red pepper

Recipe Directions for garlic ginger spread #5

  1. Grate and chop stuff if needed

  2. Blend in food processor or blender until sort of smooth

  3. Chill for a few hours to let flavors mellow
