Roasted Pork loin with garlic, ginger, soya sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic/Ginger Pork Roast with Roast Veggies

500 grams clementines
1 teaspoon olive oil
8 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons ginger
3 ounces soya sauce
850 grams lean pork loin
1 red pepper
2 onions
8 mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Garlic/Ginger Pork Roast with Roast Veggies

  1. juice 6 clementines

  2. finely chop 8 garlic cloves

  3. 2 teaspoons minced ginger

  4. 3 ounces soya sauce

  5. 1 teaspoon olive oil

  6. combine above and set aside

  7. slice veggies - set aside

  8. season pork with salt and pepper and sear

  9. place all in pan cover with marinade and roast at 350 until pork reaches 140 degrees
