A thick potent spread that packs a punch. I swear it healed my cold.

Recipe Ingredients for garlic, ginger, oregano, sunflower spread #4

1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated garlic
1/4 cup grated ginger
2 tablespoons fresh oregano
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup peanut butter

Recipe Directions for garlic, ginger, oregano, sunflower spread #4

  1. dry fry sunflower seeds in skillet over stove until slightly browned

  2. grate or crush fresh garlic and ginger

  3. add all ingredients to blender or food processor and whiz until preferred smoothness.

  4. use as is for dip or spread. dilute with water for salad dressing.
