Here we go again with a terrific spread but this time with no salt (except for a little in the hot sauce).

Recipe Ingredients for garlic, ginger, oregano, nut spread #6

1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons oregano
4 tablespoons fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon hot sauce

  1. Roast nuts and seeds until lightly browned.

  2. Grind and blend other ingredients until smooth using blender.
