Sandwich spread, cracker dip, salad dressing with a tangy garlic taste. Over the top yummy in my opinion.

Recipe Ingredients for garlic, ginger, oregano, nut spread #5

1/3 cup raw peanuts
1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup raw pecans
2/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup grated fresh garlic
3 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup tamari soy sauce

Recipe Directions for garlic, ginger, oregano, nut spread #5

  1. Roast nuts and seeds in toaster oven until lightly browned.

  2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Makes slightly more than 2 cups

  4. Add a little more liquid for use as salad dressing. To your taste, you could add water, vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, etc.
