Filipino staple. quick and easy less than 8 minutes. Garlic rice taste great with anything. you can use brown rice as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic fried rice

1 c white rice - short grain
2 clove garlic
1/4 tsp canola oil
1/16 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/16 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Garlic fried rice

  1. mince garlic

  2. add canola oil to pan

  3. add garlic to pan

  4. cook for a bit

  5. add rice to pan

  6. mix together

  7. add salt, garlic powder and pepper to taste.
