Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Flavoured Lentils With Coriander And Sage

3/4 cup lentils
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp sage
4 carrots, sliced
2 tbsp tomato puree

Recipe Directions for Garlic Flavoured Lentils With Coriander And Sage

  1. Boil lentils for 10 mins.

  2. Heat oil, and stir in garlic, onion, coriander and sage. Cook until onion browns, then stir in carrots. Cook for 3 mins.

  3. Add lentils and tomato paste, along with 1 cup water.
