For those of us who need to avoid vinegar, this dressing is packed with flavor, and fresh garlic is great for your immune system and managing blood pressure.

Recipe Ingredients for garlic dressing

1 clove garlic
1/4 c lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 dash of salt

Recipe Directions for garlic dressing

  1. Juice a lemon, press a clove of garlic, add 1 T of olive oil in a small jar. Shake and serve.

  2. Keep in the fridge, warm slightly with hot water to liquefy olive oil after it has been in the fridge.
