Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Dip

2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. Sea salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Garlic Dip

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks or any raw vegetable of your choice.
