Recipe Ingredients for Garlic and Coriander Naan

2 cups white flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried yeast
80 g Lowfat Plain
1 tbs olive oil
6 g chopped coriander
2 tbs honey
1 garlic clove
4 g Rosemary and Onion Seed Mix
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Garlic and Coriander Naan

  1. All you need to do is add the salt, crushed garlic, yeast ,yogurt, seed mix, 1tbs olive oil, honey to the flour. Mix together. Now you are gonna have to measure water according to texture.You make the dough as fitting, not to hard and not to soft.

  2. Allow to rest aside for 10 and divide into 3 or 4 sizes.

  3. Make a flat shape by rolling.

  4. Pre heat the pan and smear oil over. Allow to dry fry until golden surfaces appear,
