Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Cooked Kale

4 cup, chopped Kale
2 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
4 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Garlic Cooked Kale

  1. Tear the kale leaves into bite size pieces from the think stem

  2. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until it is softened

  3. Add the kale and continue cooking and stirring until the kale is bright green and wilted.
