3 cup, chopped Collards
0.5 cup Grapeseed Oil

Recipe Directions for Garlic Collard Greens

Devein collard green stems, chop leaves into 1-2in pieces. Thinly slice garlic cloves. Heat oil in skillet and toss in garlic cloves. Toss in collard greens slowly, packing it all in until leaves go down. Carefully mix leaves with oil until tender. Add garlic salt to taste. Cook on medium to low heat until all leaves are tender. Serve.
