An excellent accompaniment to dosas or in any sandwich

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chutney

20 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
10 g Red Chili Powder
20 g Coriander Powder

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chutney

  1. Chop garlic and fry it and add salt, chilli powder and coriander powder and stir for a while.

  2. Add water and bring to a boil and then let simmer till garlic is cooked.

  3. Can be stored in the fridge for a month or more.
