Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken & Veggie Medley

1 chicken breast
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup broccoli
1/4 cup fresh green beans
1/4 cup pea pods
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup onion
1 cup cabbage
1/4 cup red pepper

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken & Veggie Medley

  1. Rub one chicken breast with 1/2 tablespoon margarine

  2. Dust with garlic and onion powder

  3. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes

  4. Stir-fry veggie in 1/2 tablespoon margarine, garlic, salt and pepper.
