Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken with Vegetables

1 chicken breast
1 zuchini
1/2 onion
1/2 cup broccoli
1 cup brown rice
3 garlic cloves
1 chili pepper
1/2 tablespoon of Flour
1/2 cup of Chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken with Vegetables

  1. Cut the chicken in thin strips then pound thin

  2. Cut the zuchini in thin strips

  3. Cut onion

  4. cook the brown rice per package

  5. Mince garlic cloves

  6. Mince Chili pepper

  7. Saute in olive oil and then add chicken broth and flour to thinken

  8. Cook for total of 20 minutes
