This is an easy one pan chicken dish that cooks up in about 30 minutes. The garlic cook up mild because you leave them whole. Yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken with Tomatoes

4 Serving Chicken
29 oz Petite Cut Tomatoes
10 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 oz Vermouth
1 tablespoon Sage

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken with Tomatoes

Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Peel the garlic but leave them whole. Heat olive oil in a none stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook chicken 2 minutes per side. Add tomatoes, garlic, vermouth, and sage (I use 3 or 4 fresh leaves. If you use dried sage cut back to 1 tsp.). Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the garlics are soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with your favorite rice.
