Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken & Sprouts over brown rice

2 medium green bell peppers
2 breast of chicken
4 cups bean sprouts
2 cloves of garlic
3 cups brown rice
1 tablespoon sunflower oil

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken & Sprouts over brown rice

  1. Cube raw chicken meat

  2. While the rice is cooking.

  3. Partially cook chicken cubes in fry pan with oil and pressed garlic

  4. Add pepper strips

  5. Add bean sprouts cover, cooking down and stirring occasionally.

  6. Serve on side or over rice
