This is sure to get your taste buds happy!! I love the garlic with seasoning, and who can beat the calories!!! You can always add it to some noodles, or brown rice.I prefer it alone, but the possibilities are endless. Not to mention it only takes 20 min to make!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic chicken & shrimp

0.88 Serving Chicken
3 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
3 tsp Garlic
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
0.5 cup Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Garlic chicken & shrimp

  1. I use perdue boneless skinless chicken breast from the box that are 100 calories per breast. I find it in the freezer section. I use frozen cuts broccoli in a steamer bag and frozen shrimp. The minced garlic is spice world and Italian seasoning is Tones. I use frozen so I don't have to use oil or butter the water from the food works well to coat the seasonings to the food!

  2. put frozen shrimp in COLD water

  3. Place chicken breast in frying pan on 4 heat (adjust if using gas) top with 1tsp. garlic and 1/3 of the Italian seasoning .

  4. put broccoli in microwave

  5. when the chicken is white on down side flip & you should be able to break apart at this time with spatula. I break into small bite size pieces.

  6. Flip and stir chicken according to cooking rate.

  7. take broccoli out of microwave put into container to refrigerate and save. I cut it up into smaller pieces at this time.

  8. drain shrimp & once chicken is fully white and just about done add shrimp & 1tsp of garlic & 1/3 Italian seasoning on top. Let sit for a min, & mix shrimp and chicken together.

  9. Put 1/2 cup of broccoli in with the remainder of garlic and Italian seasoning. I now put heat to med.(again using electric)

  10. I stir and fry them up till fully cooked and had a wonderful smell & then enjoy!
