Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Chicken

16 oz skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup shallots, chopped
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbspn fresh basil, chopped
1 tbspn oregano
1/2 tspn salt
1 tspn black pepper
1 tspn tarragon
1 tbspn fresh lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Garlic Chicken

  1. Wash Chicken with cold water

  2. Place in baking dish

  3. Mix all other ingredients and brush onto chicken

  4. Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is no longer pink in middle
